Hatha Yoga with Linda Kearney
I teach Hatha yoga, as
taught by the Shambava School of yoga. This style of Hatha yoga is
classical and conservative. I place a strong focus on biometrics (body
alignment), with the aim to provide a safe class and environment in which to
practice. I teach with an emphasis on core stability, from which a safe
foundation is set to increase flexibility and strength. The classes are
taught at multi-level, so beginner and experienced yogis are all welcome.
My classes are conducted
in an easy going, light hearted atmosphere, and the aim of each class to
have my students leaving feeling mentally and physically better than when
they walked in.

Colorado, USA, and having taught yoga in Baku, Azerbaijan, for 18 months
before arriving in the UK to continue my yoga journey. I am a
registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance USA with RYT 200
qualification, and I am working toward my RYT 500 certificate. This
means that I have a basic registration to teach yoga, interim
certificates to teach intermediate yoga, and I am continuing my training
