Boxing Boot Camp Our lunch time Boot Camp is aimed at those who want a great work out and at the same time pick up boxing and kick boxing techniques. Classes involve learning punch, kick and strike combinations, use of training pads and punch bags, with fitness and stamina work a big part of the training. An Instructor is always there running the class and helping you learn and perfect you techniques. Boxing Boot Camp is great for fitness, stress relief and overall body toning and strength. The training is hard but the results make it worth it. Classes Tuesday and Thursday at 12:30 Just turn up and train. |
