JUNIOR and ADULT TAE KWON DO

A Korean kicking based
Martial Art. The art of Tae Kwon Do encompasses the five tenets of Martial
Arts-
Courtesy
Integrity
Perseverance
Self Control
Indomitable Spirit
Training involves learning kicks, strikes and forms, all of which are great
for balance, co-ordination, core strength, flexibility and fitness, plus
discipline and self control being but a few of the personal skills gained
from the training.
Separate classes are available for Juniors (from 5 years old) and Adults.

JUNIOR and ADULT KICK BOXING

A generic name
for the modern sport version of the traditional martial arts. Classes
involve learning punch, kick and strike combinations, use of training pads
and punch bags.
Fitness and stamina work are also a big part of the training. As well as
getting all the benefits of traditional Martial Arts training, Kickboxing is
also great for fitness, stress relief and overall body toning and strength.

come and find out, our White Collar Boxing
classes give you all the benefits of the training that professional boxers

Footwork training; Punch combinations; Defensive skills; Fitness work
The trainers will work on
your hand speed on pads and your footwork with the jump rope. Each class

application of techniques from modern day Kickboxing and Martial Arts
training taken into a street and realistic defence manner.
An essential course for anyone aware of the
increasing rise in street crime. This class is a
must for those wishing to learn simple and effective self defence skills.
The Realistic Self Defence method will increase your fitness, power, speed
and your ability to defend yourself.
